Job Description of Benevolent Fund Branch

The District Benevolent Fund Boards have been constituted in each District vide Provincial Board of Management, Punjab Lahore, letter No. BF-11/80 dated: 16.03.2017. The composition of District B.F. Board is as under:-

Deputy Commissioner, Vehari Chairman
Addl. Deputy Commissioner (G) Vehari Secretary/Member
C.E.O (DEA), Vehari Member
C.E.O (DHA), Vehari Member
Representative of Govt. Servants (Class-III) Member
Representative of Govt. Servants (Class-IV) Member

Procedure for each Task/ Assignment

All the cases received to this office from  various Departments of district scrutinized and placed in the meeting of District Benevolent Fund Board under the Chairman of worthy Deputy Commissioner Vehari on approval of Cases  by the board crossed Cheques for marriage ,Funeral, and Scholarship Grants have been prepared in the name of applicants. The monthly aid grant distributed to the Beneficiaries through Bank of Punjab Main Branch Vehari
