Job Description of Litigation Branch
- Branch receives notices in respect of civil suits filed against the Province of Punjab in the Civil and Session Courts and delivers these notices to the District Attorney Office for proceeding as per Law
- Branch receives notices in respect of evidence in the civil suits filed against the Province of Punjab in the Civil and Session Courts and delivers these notices to the concerned persons for reply of the suits and evidence before the courts/proceeding as per Law
- Branch receives directions from the apex courts in respect of cases fixed for daily hearing in the High Court and Supreme Court of Pakistan and pass on to the concerned persons for compliance and producing the record before concerned court
Procedure for each Task/Assignment
- Task as soon as received forward to the concerned person for compliance

- To attend all cases/tasks immediately as soon as possible
