Job Description of HRC Branch

  •    Branch deals with the preparation of DC Valuation Table and maintenance of record of old registries

Procedure for each Task/ Assignment

  • Rates of property of different types are collected from the field staff
  • Collective reports are forwarded to Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue), Vehari by concerned Assistant Commissioner
  • HRC Branch under the supervision of Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue), Vehari prepare the DC Valuation Table for the District
  • DC Valuation Table is placed in the meeting of DC Valuation Table Committee under the chairmanship of District Collector to finalize the rates suggested for each property
  • Finalized DC Valuation Table is forwarded to Board of Revenue
  • Board of Revenue publish the DC Valuation Table for E-Stamping and general public

Timeline for Each Task

  • DC Valuation table is prepared on Annual Basis and updated every year in June. Updated DC Valuation Table is applicable from 1st July of every year till 30th June of next year
