Job Description of Complaint Cell
Branch deals with the complaint received through the following channels:
- PM Directives
- CM Directives
- Chief Secretary Petition Cell/ Manual Complaints
- Commissioner Office Complaints
- Complaints received through Chairman Chief Minister Complaint Cell
Procedure for each Task/ Assignment
- Directives / Complaints are received from higher authorities
- All the directives / complaints are entered in complaint register
- Cases are sent to field formation for reports
- After the reports are received from field formation, a cumulative report is prepared and sent to relevant authority for further orders / directions
Timeline for Each Task
All the cases are followed on daily basis
